Crab and Swiss omelet

So, I had some leftover crab from last' night when I made the crab rangoon crisps. Oh what to do with it (not enough for crab cakes). So I made a crab, swiss cheese & green onion omelet topped with avocado & tomato. Served with potato & zucchini home fries and plum/nectarine/grapes.
