Lobster ravioli

Lobster ravioli with a 3 cheese (goat, cream & parm) & cognac sauce along with crab, shrimp & power greens (kale, spinach, chard). Served with oven roasted garlic-truffle asparagus. Gotta say, it was really good! It was a good day today...goat cheese made it into all of my meals!
