Smoked salmon & asparagus crepes

And the weekend is off to a great start! Smoked salmon-cream cheese & asparagus crepes topped with hollandaise (dry mix & used far less butter than called for but used chicken broth vs water for flavor) and a dollop of caviar, potatoes O'Brien and a few blackberries. 8 pp for the plate.
