Beef & Mushroom Pie

While watching Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives the other night, one of the featured items was a beef & mushroom pie (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/steak-and-mushroom-pie-recipe/index.html). Since we had leftover prime rib from our dinner on Sunday I thought it would be perfect to create my own rendition of it. Rather than a shell on top and bottom I used flattened refrigerator biscuits. Also used baby bella mushrooms vs button and also sauteed diced onions and a couple pieces of bacon. Gravy was made from beef stock & Wondra. Served with garlic broccoli & tomatoes.
